Sim Racing Expo 2022 was pretty good

Sim Racing expo 2022 has wrapped up moving from the ring to the city of nuremberg. The space was far larger this year with each exhibitor having far bigger booths. Let's go over what I thought it was interesting and loved about it. Keep in mind I didn't have time for everything and all opinions are from my perspective and not everything in the expo was a finished product.

There a few expected new products, one of them being the asetek new direct drive and wheel ecosystem. It's an interesting new design with a potential to be a massive competition in the space. There are 3 wheel bases, I haven't had time to test all three but fortunetly had a little bit of time in the main booth with the invicta a d then a bit of alone time in a separate rig with the invicta and forte steering wheel.

It was great to see the love from fans of simracing, talking to them about the hobby, hanging out with ew and old friends, or listening this git djaying with a steering wheel.

Was impressed with it despite my skepticism and was gladly proved wrong. I think I'll go again next year. Thanks to all that made it fun, especially Craig.
